§ ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้เข้าประกวดอ่านเนื้อหาจากตัวบท
§ ไม่อนุญาตให้สร้างภาพเคลื่อนไหว ใส่คำบรรยาย หรือเสียงดนตรี ในวิดีโอ
· รอบสุดท้าย
§ ประกาศผลผู้ผ่านเข้ารอบสุดท้ายในวันที่ 26 กันยายน 2564 ในเฟซบุ๊คและเว็บไซต์ Thailand Sustainability Expo
§ ผู้ผ่านเข้ารอบสุดท้ายส่งวิดีโอสุนทรพจน์ ความยาว 5 นาที ในวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2564 เพื่อให้กรรมการพิจารณา
§ การแข่งขันรอบสุดท้ายในรูปแบบไลฟ์บนเฟซบุ๊คและยูทูป Thailand Sustainability Expo ในวันที่ 2 ตุลาคม 2564
รางวัล:
ชนะเลิศ: เกียรติบัตรและเงินรางวัล 5,000 บาท
รองชนะเลิศอันดับ 1: เกียรติบัตรและเงินรางวัล 3,000 บาท
รองชนะเลิศอันดับ 2: เกียรติบัตรและเงินรางวัล 2,000 บาท
ผู้ผ่านเข้ารอบสุดท้าย: เกียรติบัตรรางวัลชมเชย

Eligibility:
Contestants must be citizens of ASEAN Member States aged between 15-25
Application:
- First Round:
- Contestants submit a 3-min speech video by 21 September 2021 (extended) at 22:00 (GMT+7) >> click here to apply
- Contestants are not allowed to read from the script
- Graphic presentation, subtitles or music background are not allowed in the speech video
- Final Round:
- Finalists are announced on 26 September 2021 on Thailand Sustainability Expo Facebook and website
- Only shortlisted finalists are eligible for the Final Round
- Finalists submit 5-min pre-recorded speech video for the panel of judges by 30 September 2021
- Final Round live on Thailand Sustainability Expo Facebook and YouTube on 2 October 2021

1st Runner-up Certificate and cash prize of THB 3,000
2nd Runner-up Certificate and cash prize of THB 2,000
Finalists Certificate of Honorable Mentions
